Very nice employees Michelle was very pleasant, friendly willing to help. Sorry I forgot the hygieneist that did my teeth she was very nice also. Dr. Smith manner was welcoming and pleasant straight forward about what needs to be done to keep your teath healthy. All in all I was very please with whole experience. I have my home dentist and will be bringing my family also.

I came in for a cavity, and Dr Smith and Denise did an EXCELLENT job -- he put on some topical medication, prior to injecting the novacaine, so I never felt ANY pain - none for the novacaine injection, and none during the cavity drill. And Denise did an excellent job assisting Dr Smith - she was friendly and patient, just like Dr Smith. This place comes HIGHLY recommended for ALL members of the family!!!!!

Dr Smith's tech equipment is amazing! His new mouth camera picks up issues BEFORE they are big, and allows them to be fixed while they are small issues (sometimes without any novacaine needed!) He filled a couple of teeth the other day, with NO pain whatsoever. Nicely done!



Good service from him and his assistant Melissa, and a FRIENDLY greeting from Sue at the front desk made this a fun and non-painful experience. Dump your current dentist, and get switched over to Dr Smith now!!

Dr. Smith has been my dentist since I moved to the area in 1997. Always does an exceptional job, and is focused heavily on cutting edge preventative care. Exceptional dentist; Exceptional staff.

I came to have my teeth cleaned and your hygenist said to try the water jet. I am on a blood thinner, and the regular method would mean too much bleeding. It was a great experience, not at all like the old type cleanings I have had in the past.I would highly recommend it to all who have similar problems. I also liked your new hygenist, "T"

So I was thinking after Dr Smith had put in 2 crowns I was all set for a while. Well for some strange apparent reason one broke off the other night. The crown was perfect, but it came off the base. I called for an appointment and of course the efficient staff got me in quickly. Dr. Smith looked at the problem and re-attached my crown quickly and painlessly. Another reason I never change my dentist. Thank you Dr. Smith.

He has done some great repairs to prolong the need for crowns or root canals. He's just the best! The staff is too! They make you feel like family. It's such a very warm , welcoming office.

I think Denise (think that's her name) is THE BEST!!! She works so hard and does an excellent job, yet when I leave my mouth feels nice instead of sore. And she is always so positive, which makes me feel good about my brushing and flossing. Thanks Denise!

Excellent work and service for well over thirty years.

I really like Dr Smith and his staff but he is never on time. It is frustrating when you have been sitting in the waiting area for 30 minutes and then you see him walk in 30 minutes late. My wife has decided to find a new dentist for herself as a result. I am sticking it out but may change in the future.

I had a second crown made by Dr. Smith. Like my first, Dr. Smith took time to make sure this crown would be perfect. I just had the new crown installed. I didn't even know he put it in my mouth when he asked me "How's your bite". It fit Perfectly!

And a side note, a while ago, when I had my crown done by Dr Smith, he was very patient, and used the latest technology to make a crown that not only fit perfectly, but matched exactly in color to the rest of my teeth. EXCELLENT WORK!

I have been a patient of Dr. Smith for about 25 years. I trust his instincts and recommendations. When it was time to Crown a back tooth that had a root canal, I listed to his advise.

If one can "look forward" to dental appointments, I do! The staff are friendly and the receptionists know you by sight; Dr. Smith and all of his hygenists are friendly and informative!

Dr. Smith is the best hands down. I went in for a cleaning but the "perfectionist" in him insisted on filing one of my teeth to make them aligned precisely. His ffice staff always make me feel so welcomed; it's like catching up with old friends every time I have a visit. The one thing that makes him stand out is his ability to want to teach as much as he can to whomever he can and I gave great respect for that quality in a person.

I had a porcelain crown break off on my front tooth, needless to say I was completely devastated. The dentist that i was going to told me I would have to get a dental implant for 5k or more and I had no other option other than extracting the tooth. Thank goodness I had a second opinion with Randall Smith I was expecting to hear the same news, but he replaced my front tooth and restored my smile the very same day. The staff made me feel welcome and I cant imagine going to any other practice after my experience. I give them 10 stars!!!!!!

I'm not pleased with what I was charged for a filling and a last step of a 3 tier process of a root canal. I was quoted a verbal price initially for a root canal and didn't expect another charge on top of that. This never happened before and my whole mouth is full of root canal work.



The bill included a post which I didn't receive anyway.

I was very pleased with my appointment. Everyone is always friendly and courteous. Good for 6 months...........

I had a positive experience at Dr. Randall Smith's office on Thursday! I went in experiencing a good deal of pain. I had worn down several teeth to the point that they were extremely sensitive. Dr. Smith fixed them so completely that they are not sensitive.More importantly, he was so careful not to overfill them with composite material so that my bite wasn't compromised. I wish I had done this months ago.

Dr. Smith is a caring, compassionate and competent professional. He has been my dentist for more than 20 years and I drive more than 1 hour for his care. Dr. Smith has a conservative approach to treatment, but when you need work he does so with superior skill. With Dr. Smith you never wonder if you got the right treatment or whether it was done perfectly. Without reservation or qualification, I give my highest recommendation that others make Dr. Smith their dentist.

My dental experience was as good as a dental experience can be. The facilities were clean and decorated in a welcoming, comfortable, yet professional decor.

I was greeted in a friendly manner by staff who knew my name and were familiar with my appointment needs. 

The hygienist came out to greet me and to let me know that she was ready for me. She listened t my concerns about my sensitive teeth and asked several pertinent questions. She continued to check in with me while she was doing my cleaning. 

When I met with Sr. Smith for a consultation on the damage I've done to my teeth, grinding, he listened carefully, examined my teeth and suggested a reasonable treatment plan, explaining the procedures and why each phase was necessary.

I would, and have recommended this office to many family and friends.

I can never say enough about Dr. Smith and his girls! They are the best :-) always happy, always willing to work with his patients even their "own" personal schedules! Recently I had to book an "urgent" visit for a cracked front tooth. They were more than helpful, they squeezed me right in and smiled at that! Who knew a cracked tooth would lead to an hour appointment holding up the entire office on a long holiday weekend? Not one of his staff nor he even implied in the least that I was imposing. I felt horrible but they of course didn't mind at all or at least didn't let on that they did. What an amazing group - I just think the world of them! - Stacey

Love the new non medicated sedation, changed my stress/fears and Dr. Smith communicates as well-nice touch

So I cracked a lower rear tooth and Dr. Smith recommended a Crown. I have never done this procedure before and was very concerned about it. This tooth had already had a root canal and that wasn't the most pleasant procedure, so I anticipated the same with the crown. 

It was the complete opposite of all my fears. Went like a charm and have the temp crown in until the permanent one is made.

I hate going to the dentist. I avoided it for years. I was afraid it would hurt and the whole experience was a negative one in my mind. That was until I went to see Dr. Smith. He took the time to explain everything to me. Answered my questions and put my fears to rest. There was no pain! At all! I felt very relaxed and actually enjoyed my time in the chair. I had a cleaning and a tooth extraction later in the week, both went very well. This was my first time getting work done on my teeth and the whole staff was supportive and made me feel very comfortable.

The office is clean, efficient, take the time to make sure that your comfortable and is on schedule. It's refreshing to find a doctor or a dentist that values your schedule as much as their own.

I had the best visit possible today to get a filling...a great filling is probably something most people don't hear. Dr. Smith gave a fantastic explanation of the issues and the solutions, and reception and the staff were incredibly friendly as usual!

Not only does Dr. Smith and Staff make you feel like a part of their family, they will go above and beyond to make sure that your smile is perfect. Dr. Smith himself, is a perfectionist when it comes to his patients teeth. His staff is personable and quite comforting even during times of anxiety such as my most recent experience of laser surgery in his office. I was in pain and they continued talking me through the entire procedure making it seem like it was done in minutes when in reality they were there for hours working on my teeth. I am very blessed to be a patient of Dr. Smith's and I THANK EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM FOR THEIR KINDNESS AND GENUINE CONCERN. Truly they are one in a million!

Dr. Smith and staff worked me in for an on going issue with bonding and tissue, not only did they work me in, they stayed past 9 PM to complete the job. There are not many offices that truly put their patients needs first, but Dr. Smith and his staff live by this standard!

I was pretty anxious about the surgery but Dr. Smith and his team were kind and understanding.

I have been going to Dr. Smith since I was 18 and I am now 35 years old. I travel from Hudson NH to Burlington for my visits and I wouldn't even think of going to another dentist. Good visit - some staff interruption during procedure......

I went to the dentist because I had a loose bottom tooth due to bone loss, etc. I was extremly pleased with the outcome. I have my tooth back in place and all my bottom teeth are stronger. Dr. Smith and all his staff are remarkable.

I like Dr. Smith, he explains all to me and is very good and the whole staff are all very friendly and nice.

This visit went much better because I used the treatment for desensitizing for a week before the visit. Excellent idea from last hygenist. Usually, my sensitive teeth mean a painful agonizing procedure of simply having my teeth cleaned. Not this time, thanks so much!

I was very pleased that the Dental hygienist made a special effort to come in to do my cleaning even though her son was sick, and she had been up all night. She made a huge effort to keep her scheduled appointment with me.
